This Privacy Policy applies to the Timely Pill mobile application ("App"), a product of FusionO Labs Inc. ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Local Data Storage

Timely Pill operates on a local-first architecture. This means:

  • Medication Information: All details about your medications, dosages, schedules, and reminders are stored locally on your device.
  • Health Data: Any health-related information you enter into the App stays exclusively on your device.
  • App Settings: Your preferences, including theme selection, language, and text size settings, are stored locally.
  • No Cloud Sync: We do not sync your data to any cloud servers or remote storage.

2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

Currently, we do not collect:

  • Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
  • Health or medical information
  • Medication data
  • Location data
  • Contacts or photos

If we add analytics services in the future, we may collect non-sensitive technical data such as device type, app version, and usage patterns. Any such changes will be reflected in an updated Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Information

Since all your data remains on your device, we have no access to it and therefore cannot use it. The App uses your locally stored data solely to:

  • Display your medication schedule and reminders
  • Send local notifications for medication times
  • Provide the features and functionality of the App
  • Save your preferences and settings

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your medication or health data with anyone. Your medication information remains on your device.

If we integrate analytics services in the future, only non-sensitive technical data (such as device type, app version, and usage patterns) may be shared with those service providers. We will never share your medication or health information with third parties. Any changes to our data sharing practices will be disclosed in an updated Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

The App uses a local-first architecture with the following characteristics:

  • Local Storage: Your data is stored on your device and does not leave your device for cloud storage.
  • Device Protection: Your data benefits from your device's built-in security features (device passcode, biometric authentication, etc.).
  • No Accounts: We don't require account creation.
  • Limited Network Transmission: Your medication and health data is not transmitted over the internet.

You are responsible for securing your device and maintaining appropriate device-level security measures.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

  • Data Access: All your data is accessible directly within the App.
  • Data Deletion: You can delete any medication, reminder, or information at any time within the App.
  • Complete Removal: Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all data from your device.
  • Data Export: Currently, the App does not support data export, but this feature may be added in future updates.

7. Children's Privacy

Timely Pill is designed for general audiences and can be used by individuals of all ages. However, we recommend that children under 13 use the App under parental supervision. Since we don't collect any data, we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 or any other age group.

8. Third-Party Services

Currently, the App does not use any third-party services that collect or transmit data. All data remains on your device.

We may add analytics services in the future to improve app performance. If we do, we will update this Privacy Policy with details about what data is collected and provide links to third-party privacy policies.

9. International Users

Timely Pill can be used anywhere in the world. Since all data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers, there are no international data transfer concerns.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make changes:

  • We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
  • Significant changes will be communicated through the App or our website
  • Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy

11. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, since we don't collect any personal information, these rights are not applicable to our App. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with third parties.

12. GDPR Compliance (European Users)

For users in the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). However, since we don't collect, process, or store any personal data, most GDPR provisions don't apply. Your data remains on your device.

14. Data Retention
